Due to high demand for booth space, we need to jury our vendors. We are limiting food trucks to 9 total due to power restrictions. For the 72nd Anniversary, we are expecting up to 20,000 visitors converging in Roswell for this event, vendors are sure to do well. With the majority of the events being free, visitors will have more money to spend on collectibles. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but we may not be able to provide electricity to every booth that requests. Please note: No drug related, gang related, or CBD product allowed. Again, spaces are juried.
Please remember, this is in July, in Roswell, so the temperatures will be over 100°, so please plan accordingly.

Early Bird Prices

Regular Booth Space: $325 ($225 + $100 refundable cleaning deposit)
Restaurant Row Space: $425 ($325 + $100 refundable cleaning deposit)

Send City of Roswell License Application to address at top of their form.
The City of Roswell requires vendors to have a ROSWELL business license. After you get your ROSWELL business license, please send/email a copy to MainStreet Roswell. You can download the application below. Roswell Business license payment must be made to City of Roswell by check or in person. If you email the form to the City, they can process the application and finalize it once payment is received. They can typically provide the license the same day if you go in person at least 7 days before festival begins.
Food vendors can only sell items approved to sell by the NM Health Department and must be listed in detail on the vendor form.
Space numbers will be assigned by UFO festival organizer. You will be notified of your space number.
